Lost and Found

Any lost items discovered at Monserrate will be submitted to the front desk by the Teleférico a Monserrate staff. At the front desk, the item will be logged with a detailed description, and if it is an identity document, the identification number will also be recorded. If the item includes contact information, the communications team will make every effort to reach out to the owner. If you believe you have lost something, please visit the front desk directly for assistance in locating your belongings or contact us via email: info@monserrate.co
